Terms of Use
last updated ยท July 21, 2026
By installing or using Cronvoy you agree to these terms. Cronvoy is beta software โ expect rough edges.
What Cronvoy is
Cronvoy is a browser extension that lets an AI model you select (via your own OpenRouter account) operate your browser to perform tasks you describe, on demand or on a schedule you configure.
Your responsibilities
- You direct the agent. Tasks run under your instruction and your accounts. You are responsible for what you ask it to do and for complying with the terms of the websites it operates on.
- Review sensitive work. AI models make mistakes. Don't leave the agent unattended on tasks involving money, messages, account settings, or anything hard to undo, and review transcripts of scheduled runs.
- Lawful use only. No spam, scraping in violation of a site's terms, harassment, or unlawful activity.
- Your API costs. Model usage is billed by OpenRouter under your own account and is your responsibility.
Beta, warranties, liability
Cronvoy is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cronvoy and its creator are not liable for any damages arising from use of the software โ including actions taken by an AI model in your browser, model costs, or actions of third-party services (OpenRouter, model providers, Firebase, or the websites the agent visits).
Accounts
You're responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. We may suspend accounts used for abuse. You can delete your account and data at any time (see the Privacy Policy).
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves; material changes will be noted here with a new date. Continued use after changes means acceptance. Questions: hello@cronvoy.com.
